How does the process work?
Simply complete our short online intake form. If you choose to “Accelerate,” you’ll be directed to purchase your initial blood work and annual physician consultation. Once complete, you’ll receive instructions within 24–48 business hours to begin your journey toward better health.
What’s included in the $388 Accelerate package?
This package includes your first round of essential blood work and an annual consultation with one of our licensed physicians – a complete package totaling $388 ($269 for blood work, discounted by $20 when combined with your $119 doctor visit). Together, these help establish your personalized health baseline and guide future recommendations.
How long will it take to get my results?
Most lab results are available within 3–5 business days after your blood draw. Your Flos Health provider will review them with you and discuss next steps.
Can I use my insurance?
At this time, Flos Health operates on a cash-based model to keep pricing transparent and accessible. You may be able to submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Where do I go to get my blood work done?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with instructions to schedule your lab appointment at one of our partner locations near you.
Are your doctors licensed?
Yes. All Flos Health physicians and medical professionals are fully licensed and board-certified in their respective fields.
What happens after I complete my blood work and consultation?
You’ll receive a personalized health plan tailored to your goals – whether that’s optimizing performance, improving energy, balancing hormones, or managing long-term wellness.
What support do I receive from the team?
You’ll have access to a Wellness Specialist (or care coordinator), who helps guide you, answer questions, and coordinate follow-ups.
Can I get care without a monthly subscription?
Yes. At Flos Health, we offer a cash-based, à la carte / package model (no locked-in monthly fees), so you pay only for the services you select.
Do you offer hormone therapy, weight loss, or peptide therapy?
Yes, we can offer these services (where medically appropriate) via consultation and assessment.
Do you operate nationwide?
We proudly serve clients in California, Florida, Colorado, Washington, and New York, with expansion into Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Idaho, and Oklahoma coming soon.
